Admittedly, the guy in the above concept art isn’t a spoiled brat who created Jet. But I thought that this quote fits for him. I really like the armor style as well as the fact that he’s dual wielding an energy weapon and a shotgun!

Wouldn’t this be interesting if this was a level that was featured around the development of Vertibirds for the Pre-War Government? It could show the different stages in which the Vertibird passed through. In terms of enemies, there could be a few Chinese saboteurs (Ghoulified). There’s a lot that Interplay could do with this.
